Has your Disney+ subscription ended? How did you originally sign up for it? Was it through Sky?

Can you log in on the Disney+ website?

Re: Can’t get Disney

It was part of my original package when I signed up , so that's why I am surprised that I couldn't get it today because I've had it up till now from the beginning of my time with sky

Check your account either on the MySky app or on the Sky website and check that Disney+ is still listed as being part of your subscription. If it is then you should ring Sky and find out why it's not giving you access.
