Can’t access Paramount+

I am of the older generation but think I am pretty capable but have tried everything to access Paramount+ on a 2nd tv with SKYQ.  It says it's free package.

Thought I could speak to someone, but that doesn't seem an option.

Thank you so much for your help re access to Paramount+.  I did as advised and it is now installed on my 2nd TV.

hi @Wendy118 

 

When you set up Paramount + on your main TV you would have needed to set up a Paramount + account by entering an email address and password.  This is separate to your SKY account (although linked to it ) 

 

It is this email & password you need to use to login to P+ on any other device

Our original SKY account would have been in my husbands name who has unfortunately passed away.  Are you saying if I use his email and then try to change the password this is the way to go.

Sorry for your loss

 

It is not the SKY account details but the one used when Paramount + was set up originally - the email address may well be the same if you/your husband  tended to use the same email address for such accounts but we would expect a different password to have been used

 

If you are able to still access Paramount + on your main box then you can find out the email address being used by navigating down the left hand side menu to select Settings

In the sextion showing for 'My Account' it should show who is signed in and the email address used for the account
