Failed returns delivery

I have received an email to state my Sky Q returns packaging had been delivered. However, I have n delivery at my home.

Are you saying the packaging hasn't been delivered, if so then you can use anything you can get your hands on from local supermarkerts etc as you can print your own return label here and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
