Can only access apps via the mini box, not regular tv.

Since coming back off holiday, we have been unable to watch 'regular' TV on the sky Q mini box. We have gone through all the protocols of re connecting etc, but nothing has worked.

hi @Sarah+Jane+Bronwy 

 

Even i f you have already done it , please may I suggest restart your main SKY Q box  & then the mini:

Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

Once the main box is restarted do the same power down on your mini box(es).

Hi 

i am experiencing the same issue with the messege " programme unavailable " I have full subscriptions , tried the reboot of both boxed , tried resetting network basically every thing and still unable to resolve , have you resolved your issue
