Can not use my Qbox says make sure card is inserted

Unable to use my Qbox. It says please insert viewing card with chips up. It has not been touched and card is in

@Brenda22   This may seem obvious and you may well have tried it, but have you taken your card out and put it back in firmly?  Also try it both ways up.
