Workmen accidentally cut the main cable for my Sky TV. I can't get an engineer appointment. I've been in sky chat and tried phoning but keep saying try again later. Very frustrating!

@bray1You do need to speak to sky to get an appointment. When you say they are telling you to try again later are you actually speaking to somone or is it just busy? It might be frustrating but you will need to just hang on and wait.

@bray1 I'm guessing you mean they cut through the cables coming from your satellite dish ?
