Broken sky Q mini box
I need a replacement mini box. Somehow the remote control sensor at the front has been pushed in and it's no longer working. Does anyone know how I order a new one?

You'll need to call Sky and log a fault. Given that sounds like physical damage rather than a hardware or software fault they may wish to charge an appropriate fee for replacement.

Someone thought it was the power button presumably. Not the first time. Bad design.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
