Sky Q box needs reset (reboot) every time i switch it on.

Sky will not switch on unless I reboot it. Every time.

Hi @Sky43   How are you switching it on, have you tried the power button on the box itself? This will rule out a problem with the remote.

Hi it won't switch on with the remote or on the front of the box. Only after a reboot. Works fine after that untill you switch it off. Then you have to start again.

Can you do the recovery procedure as described in this Sky help article;

Might also be wise to do a repairing of your Sky Q remote;

Hold down 7 and 9 until the remote's light flashes 4 times to factory reset your remote.

Then you need to pair it again:

1. Hold down 1 and 3 together
2. Select Continue and follow the on screen instructions.
