Broken satellite dish

I am trying to contact someone to book an engineer. My satellite dish was broken in half in the storm last Sunday. 
I have tried ringing, which is automated and keeps telling me to try different things with the box.. so tried the online chat and that's the same. The box is fine, I just need a new dish. Has anyone else had the same problem. Things were so much easier when you could talk to a person!

I suppose you could try Facebook Messenger or X but best to persevere on the phone. Don't say anything when prompted and you should eventually join the queue. Obviously engineers will be busier with storm related repairs.

You could try an independent installer. Probably quicker to get one than through Sky.
