I was on call to one of your sky techs and the call got disconnected, I missed her call backs also. I have to order a new SkyQ box (main box)

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.
Sounds like you will need to instigate another call. If they arrange what's described as a doorstep box swap don't forget to remove your viewing card from the faulty one.
