Broken multi box

One of our multi sky box is not working we have tried it where the other one is and still doesn't work it's a fault on the box

really need a new one sent out asap please.

@Jamiem30  A replacement box won't and can't be sent to you on the back of a forum post.

 

You also need to explain how it's faulty as just saying it is isn't reason enough for Sky to send a replacement.

 

Exactly what issues are you having?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
