It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer or larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.

My sky remote control has stopped working. I went online and filled in the form for a free replacement and I wonder how long the replacement will take to arrive. I have Sky Q . Thank you.
