Q box down now no downloads or recordings?

Hi, yesterday our main q box was down and unresponsive (no lights on box followed by several switch off at mains, then alternating amber/red light). Eventually it rebooted but not for several hours. Now it is back up all recordings and downloads have disappeared even from the deleted section.

Any clue of the cause, whether this is likely to reoccur and if the downloads can be restored? Thanks in advance.

@KJBPJBAre you able to download or record anything now?  To be honest it sounds like your hard drive is on its last legs and you likely need a new box.  I dont think you are going to be able to get anything back sadly.
