I currently don't have broadband at my property and want it installing so I can watch sky

You need to ring Sky and order it then.

Or you can order online: https://www.sky.com/broadband 

FYI you don't need to have Sky Broadband in order to have Sky TV. There are many other broadband suppliers (many often much cheaper) so it's worthwhile doing a bit of research first.

Hi this is Steve Kelly working with community mental health team , Andrew is hard of hearing so we are communicating through txt.  Andrew has sky TV but it won't connect because he had no broadband installed

What type of Sky TV does he have? Sky+, Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?

@Alambo  Broadband isn't a requirement for Sky Q as that services uses Satellite to deliver their channels, do they have  a dish installed?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
