People would like the reminder function. You don't always want to record it

Just had skyQ box installed to replace sky+ hd. Very disappointed that programme reminder was not included in sky Q. I used this function regularly, as did many of my friends. It was so easy to set reminder via programme guide. In my view, this was a retrograde step considering all the additional functions that have been included in the SkyQ box.

@Nusrat1 you say that but years ago Sky had a section where customers could request what features they would like to see on Sky Q we all thought that reminders would be top of the list but strangely it wasnt
Sky also did a survey before Q was released which asked about reminders and again apparantly the response was fairly low

Reminders are so damn useful as you can be watching another programme and then the reminder just pops up when needed so you never forget to watch it. I don't want to record something everytime I just want to watch a programme.
Come On SKY - LISTEN to us PLEASE! Bring back Reminders on Sky Q!

Sky can't bring back something that's never been there. As has been stated on the boards hundreds of times before it won't be implemented at this late stage of Sky Qs lifespan.

What's wrong with recording another programme you're going to watch? Why do you think Sky allows you to record so many simultaneous channels?

Or the other 99% of the time, you're
NOT watching TV and the reminder would have been a complete waste of time. Unless you spend your whole life sat on the sofa? Just set your own reminder on your phone. These are NOT getting added to Sky Q.
