Lost TV three times in the past week

Tonight I have lost TV twice, the same thing happened less than a week ago. Then it involved 40 minutes of unplugs, resets, typing in the Wifi password multiple times etc. You can never talk to anyone as issues seem to always happen after 8:30 when customer services has closed. I had to google instructions on what to do.

 

Tonight I keep having the orange lights on internet and voice appear on the router.

 

I can't believe Sky have written to advise of an increase in my monthly from £33 to £42.50 per month.

 

Is anyone else being charged £10 more for what seems to be a worse service?

 

I'm far from impressed!

 

Tried to "speak" to someone on the chat facility but "surprise surprise" it's closed for the night!!!!
