Box corruption

Has anyone else has issued with "a Knight of the 7 kingoms" corrupting their whole box? 

The into add plays fine, then it gets stuck, and then the whole box freezes and becomes unusable.

Same issue here, at the intro for episode 3 and now on the forth it crashes 35 mins in
