Both mini boxes keep freezing

I have 2 mini boxes and both keep glitching and pausing when watching ive had sky out 3 tiemes had a new sky q box moved the sky broadband router.  but the problem keeps coming back if you watch netflix via the sky box it plays fine its just sky channels that freeze.  Please help

This sounds like the Mini Boxes are struggling to stay connected or there is a weak signal to the Main Q box

Sky is offering complimentary Q WiFi boosters to address connectivity problems with Q services. For optimal connection to the mini, the booster should be placed approximately halfway between the primary Q box and the mini/s.

If you call sky they will be able to provide one to you.
