Hi everyone - I'm just getting around to setting up TVs, Sky boxes etc.. after moving home.
My main TV and Sky Q box are all working fine as is one mini box. However, when I try to set up a second mini box then it freezes on the 'Set Up Accessibility Settings' screen and I cannot click any of the options on this screen - it's just frozen. To get it to that point then I also have to push the button on the front of the box to get the light to go green - it won't turn on with the remote.
I have rebboted the main Sky Q box and the mini box after everything has come back up but the same scenario occurs. Can any one help. The mini box was working fine before I moved house.
Many thanks.

@DavidMcK1 try doing the following
Unpair their Sky Q remote from the box by holding 4&6 the light on the remote should flash
Then dismiss the information screen "Skip & set up later"
Then Hold 1&3 to repair the remote control
If 4&6 does not allow you to clear the information screen, try resetting the remote by pressing 7 &9 on the Sky Q remote then hold 1&3 and follow the on-screen setup journey to allow the remote to control the TV.
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Re: Sky Q mini box freezes on Accessibility Settings Screen
I've tried that but it's still stuck on the accessibility screen. Any other suggestions?
