Hi @Sallyffg,
Have you activated Paramount+ on your Sky Q box first by going to Home > My Sky > Upgrades and accessories scroll to the right and clock on the Paramount+ Icon, It will show a QR Code that you will have to Scan on your mobile.
It will then ask you to Login to an existing account or Register a new account. Once this is complete it will then Link the Sky Q Paramount+ subscription to your new or existing Paramount+ account.
You should then be able to log in to Paramount+ on your laptop
