Book an engineer!!
Does anyone know where I can book a Sky engineer visit. I have Sky Protect and the Sky Bot said I can do this !!
Yes, I intend calling them, but why do they say I can book an engineer on line, when I can't see the option.
Absolutely ridiculous.
Main TV is a LG OLED evo C2 65" 4k". Sky Wifi Booster. Sky Protect. BT Smart Hub 4 Router on Full Fibre 900. Sky customer since 2000.

What do you require an engineer for so what is the issue with Sky Q ?

I have managed to book one for the 28th Dec.
My list/symptoms for him is below..
Pixelation and poor picture quality on Live Viewing, Recordings & Streaming.
Fast Forwarding sometimes will not stop. Remotes have been re paired & new batteries fitted.
Spinning Wheels and Buffering VERY frequently, no matter what time of the day or evening.
It says no Internet/Satellite connection, but it has two ticks & everything else connected is fine.
I frequently clear out all deleted programs from hard drive.
Sky Q, Netflix, Disney, Prime, Apple TV, Youtube etc are all affected.
However, on a tablet, if we watch Sky Go and any of the above streaming sites EVERYTHING works fine.
ALL HDMI cables are new Upgreen 8k.
The Mini Boxes frequently lose connection also (no internet), the main one in the bedroom is a new replacement, but still happens.
**We have BT Full Fibre 900 Broadband**
