'No signal detected' message
I have just replaced a damaged Sky HDMI cable with a brand new one, but when trying to activate my Sky Q box, I am just getting a 'No signal detected' message on screen. I have tried all the recommended troubleshooting measures more than once, but there is no change. The furthest I have progressed is to get the 'Hello' rebooting message on screen (which proves that the HDMI cable isn't faulty), but then it goes back to the original message. My equipment checker on the app indicates that everything should be working...so what else can I do?

with the SKY Q box on, try pressing the following keys in sequence
