Giving up on Sky

I can't seem to get anywhere with Sky at the moment. 

I don't have access to the mobile they have in the system, even though I changed my mobile number on the MySky app. Customer service are also asking for a recovery code, which I have no recollection of. They have also got me to check the SkyQ box for the last 4 digits on the bottom that don't exist. 

I moved out of my house in November and have only just got into my new property. It was suggested to me that I don't cancel Sky so I can keep my years of service, so I reduced my £146 subscription to the minimum £15 for Sky Essentials. I now want to get all my old channels back.

 

Because of the hassle and need for working from home I have got BT to sort the Broadband. Just trying to figure out how to resolve this.
