Blue sky screen wont load

My sky box has been playing up for a few days hardrive problem then worked and then being slow i ordered a new box 3days ago dpd keep failing yo deliver tonight blue screen saying when screen goes blank preas home but it doesnt got off i have no other tv options to use sky is mynonly option and i have kids help please

If it doesn't go to the home acreen when you press that button it's sometimes that the remote needs re-pairing with the box. Hold down 1&3 I believe.

But yeah make sure you take the viewing card out of the box when you get the new one.
