Been trying to get a remote replacement for nearly a month!

I have used the "replaceremote" form twice and phoned once, still no remote.

 

After filling in the online form I got a text saying I have to call, so I did, the guy said a few days, that was 2 weeks ago, filled in the form again today, got a text saying on it's way in 3-5 days, then another text saying they could not process my request and I have to call to get one.

 

I can't watch Sky movies because I can't put in my pin.

 

Can anyone here help?

is the only one I'm aware of. It isn't available toROI customers if that's where you are. It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.

@lifeofbrian2022  you could always get one locally, most supermarkets sell them, or a famous online store has plenty.

I am just another Sky customer!
