My sky is not working….it says no satellite signal….I have turned it on and off a few times but stil

My to is saying no satellite signal I have turned it off and on a few times but nothings changed....please help!!

@Lindybindy  You'll need to contact Sky if you've tried the normal trouble shooting as posted by @oldfella 

 

It should allow you to book an engineer on the link provided after all steps are completed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That is normally a sign that your dish has moved slightly out of alignment which will require a visit from an engineer. See this link firstly

I am having ths problem but only on certain channels. For example BBC 1 and Channel 4 work normally but I get the No satellite signal on RTE 1 and BBC 2. Any ideas?

My sky tv in bray not working either. Tried everything. Wi-Fi fine and can watch Netflix. No satellite signal

@GD1 yes tried everything.  Am trying to avoid booking a technician. Was hoping there was a general problem in the area.

As the signal comes from one satellite, there is no such thing as "a general problem in the area", the whole country would be without a signal if there was a problem with that. Afraid it sounds like you are going to need an engineer the re-align your dish.  Have you checked that the cables from the dish into the back of your Sky Q box have not come loose?
