I lost signal at about 1840hrs during a heavy downpour. I was expecting it. I have always expected interference or no satellite signal message during very heavy rain, high winds or snow on the LNB. It's one of those things I'm afraid. Luckily it only lasted about a minute and hasn't affected my F1 viewing (so far 😂).

@Daniel0210 same here (I think we're both in the midlands) in fact mine has gone off at least three times during storms in the last couple of weeks which is to be expected

Re: Bad signal

Why would you need to realign your dish when Sky installed it in its optimum position?

@leedsutdmot  Over time dishes can move slightly due to high winds etc.  Not enough to see with the naked eye but enough to be off beam with a cluster of satellites.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
