Netflix - to use this you need to upgrade your subscription

I’ve had Sky Signature including Netflix for a long time but I’ve never been able to watch Netflix on my Sky Q box. It just says “To use this service you need to upgrade your subscription”.

 

I’ve tried calling Sky in the past but they were next to useless. Nothing they suggested made any difference and after hours of phone calls I just gave up. I can still watch Netflix by signing directly into it using my normal smart TV. Now I would really like to get this working through the Sky Q box like I think it should work. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this? And is there anything I can do to get to speak to someone I. sky who actually knows how to help?
