BT Broadband not Syncing with SKY TV

Once a month SkY doesnt recognises the braodaband and kicks itself off. Continual messages onscreen their is "no Internet"  when the BT hub is working perfectly. the reset can last an hour before it gets the signal. In some cases i have re-booted both SKY TV and the HUB and still nothing.

Anyone got an suggestions in settings or adjustments to stop this very very annoying issue.
