BLANK SCREEN

My screen went blank approximately 2pm today but according to my  account everything is running normally,  what's happening?

Hi @MP321   Is your TV on the correct HDMI input? Have you tried a power recycle of the Sky Q box (turn it off at the plug, wait 30 seconds, and then switch it back on)?

Yes I've tried it.  Can't watch any recordings or the apps.
