Audio Description malfunctioning

Audio description starts without being requested to do so when it is not turned on (and is marked "Off" in settings). To switch it off one then has to turn it to "On".........and vice versa when it comes on again unsolicited when is in "On" position in settings. A Sky technician changed my Q box to solve this but the problem is still occurring.
