Audio Description On Some Channels

Audio description is on some channels even though setting is "off"

 

I've rebooted SkyQ box as mentioned in another similar thread for at least 4 minutes.

 

However, AD is still on some channels.  No rhyme nor reason to which ones tho.

 

Started this morning, noticed it on Ch4 while watching Cheers. Thought it might have gone away by now. Driving me nuts!!

 

Any help?, please

Have you tried turning the audio description ON then turning it off again?

Still happening this morning, no suggestions have worked.

Hi Daniel,

 

I turned AD on, then rebooted Sky Q box.

 

Then I turned AD off, this appears to have worked 🤞
