Asked to return my mini boxes

Hi, I've just been sent a box to return my two Sky Q mini boxes. I've just signed up to a new 18 month contract though (including multiroom), tried the online help but just going around in circles. Can anybody reccomend a contact number to get this resolved?

@B7ETP I have escalated this to sky

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I phoned Sky and they are on the case now.

Basically I re-contracted with Sky last week and they sent me a request to return my miniboxes today.

Hopefully they will resolve the problem.
