Discussion topic: Apps via Sky Q keep dropping out

Apps via Sky Q keep dropping out

We've checked broadband in area/our hub/devices and everything looks good but watching iPlayer or Discovery + these apps keep dropping out. Any suggestions please. Followed all the Sky steps online to fix any issues. Thanks
