Broadband issue through Sky Q box

Reported an issue with broadband not working through Sky Q box or secondary unable to access any apps or watch TV through secondary. Had text to say issue fixed but the issue still persists despite trying to reset everything. Not happy, think it's really poor to receive a text and the issue still persisting. Trying to get the issue resolved through the maze that is the Sky website is not helpful.
