Apps not working properly on sky box
Tv pixilating on all apps, Netflix not loading Whilst using Sky Q. When I watch on smart tv ( Netflix. Amazon etc ) picture is perfect. Must be my Sky Q box. Internet running fine

Sounds like if you are seeing this on multiple apps, that it may help by setting the picture judder reduction option in the Sky Q settings as detailed in the link below;
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).

Let us know your problem you are having with your Sky Q and we maybe able to help and save you having to call Sky.
