All my Sky Q apps have disappeared after receiving new sky q box and viewing card. 'Peacock' is the only app listing.

@Gavin+Faulkner you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu
To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh

I have the same issue but literally tried everything recommended and sky are sending out an engineer. However I have seen another post where it was sorted by Sky looking at the signals being sent to the viewing card. Are there any Sky employees who can look at this? I feel the engineer is going to be a waste of time as it is clearly an issue at the signal/subscription end.
