TV isn't connecting to the Internet

Do you mean the Sky Q box connecting to the Internet or the actual TV?
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I mean Sky Q box keeps saying I'm not connected to the Internet so I can't access App like YouTube or Netflix
