Had to reboot the system today and all is reconnected fine - SKY Q main box and 2 mini boxes for multi room. However, on the min boxes there is now nothing showing on the Apps menu. This includes Netflix which we are paying for, ITV X etc. Have tried the Settings/001/refresh apps process. Left it for over 5 minutes as suggested before returning to watch tv. Just checked (2 hrs later) and there's no progress showing. I read somewhere it could take up to 24 hours for the apps to refresh - is this right? Should I be seeing any progress on the refresh process or do I just wait for 24 hours?

@Stellag The booster connects to the main SKYQ box, through their own wifi mesh.
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

Best to Wait a while
You could try rebooting again.
First try rebooting the main Q box and then when this is completely back up and running reboot the minis
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
Reboot the minis as above.

Did all that but now having trouble getting the sky q box connected to the bt router. We have a sky booster so it may be something I'm doing in the wrong order. When do you switch the sky booster on, and do you connect it to the bt router using the wps system or to the sky q box? Idiots guide would be very welcome! TIA

Hi @Stellag Try rebooting your router and SKY booster by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, and do the same with any Mini boxes
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

@Stellag i'm guess the booster is to extend the signal to a mini box in which case the booster will connect to the main box then the mini will connect to the booster
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
