Apple TV app on Q Box

The Apple TV app on my Q Box has let me log into my account but it is not showing a 'library' option to let me access movies I have purchased from the Apple Store.

When I Google how to access my purchases it tells me to do so via the library option, which isn't showing.

There are different versions of the Apple TV app. Some, including the one on Sky's hardware, do not allow access to the Apple Library due to this being in competition with Sky Store.

The Apple TV app on Sky Q, Stream and Glass only allows access to Apple TV programmes and selected Apple Movies. Anything purchased from the Apple Store has to be viewed on the more fully featured version of the Apple TV app which comes on all Apple hardware and on Amazon's FireTV OS and RokuOS. Some TV operating systems such as Samsung's Tizen also feature the fully featured version of the app, as does LG's WebOS (I believe).

Unfortunately typical of an AI response: that's correct in some circumstances and not others, but the bot can't tell the difference.

Yes confirmed, the version of the Apple TV (formerly Apple TV+) app on my LG TV is complete and unencumbered.
