I haven't got ITVX in my apps

Try and apps refresh, Press the home button > go down to settings (dont click it just highlight it), Press 001 on the remote then click into settings, go down to apps, refresh apps

Also check your software is up to date and on the Q210 Software

Try the Sky q remote voice option saying 'itvx', while waiting for the app to appear as an icon.
