Annimation Channel asking for pin...

May I ask if anyone else is having to enter ther pin number again on the annimation channel today, I thought, Sky had sorted this out ages ago, why is it back...????

@Johnag4004  It'll be because somehow sky has somewhat classified it has 18 possibly in error

A 12 certificate or its equivalent in television ratings is the trigger for Mandatory Daytime Protection: that's why The Simpsons is sometimes behind a PIN

If it was a 12 upwards, I wouldn't be asking, it's a U rated film, this keeps happening every few months, I've asked, Sky about it before but never heard anything from them...

All movies on sky cinema showing as an 18 rating

I had a power outage this afternoon and since then all films on Sky Cinema are showing as 18 certificate. For example my 12 year old daughter couldn't watch Hook earlier without my PIN. Not the end of the world, but annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
