You have a known issue with Amazon Music where the screen goes black after the title screen, why haven't you fixed it?

Sometimes an app issue takes a while to resolve while they work out where the problem lies, sometimes it is just very difficult to replicate.
I have had black screen issues with YouTube and Amazon Music and without any published list from Sky on what bugs they are working on, I just find it easier not to use any apps on Q.
Helps with my inner peace of mind and the experience on literally any other device is usually much better for lots of reasons.
I know, it's a cop out, they should work well, all in one place, believe in better etc. but the reality is the app experience on Q is often poor.

Hi Stereohaven, thanks for the grounded reply. It was late and I was a tad annoyed at trying the app for the umpteenth time with the same result. I usually listen to Amazon on my phone but you know what it's like when a new toy is dangled in front of you 😂.
