I'm a bit confused as I've already returned my Sky Q box. I have an email which confirms that Sky recognised I had returned it but today I've had a pack posted to me today asking me to return the Sky Q box. I don't want to have any extra charges so I'm confused, I haven't received an email that confirms it reached sky but definitely one that it was posted and on its way to them and no other information.

I posted the return around the 6/7th of August and I think after receiving that email I've binned my receipt from the post office, I can't find it 🥲.
