Already returned Sky Q Box but received another return box

I'm a bit confused as I've already returned my Sky Q box. I have an email which confirms that Sky recognised I had returned it but today I've had a pack posted to me today asking me to return the Sky Q box. I don't want to have any extra charges so I'm confused, I haven't received an email that confirms it reached sky but definitely one that it was posted and on its way to them and no other information.

You don't normally receive a notification it has arrived but if Sky chase you for its return and you still have proof of posting pop another post in this thread and we can perhaps get you some help via the Messaging Team on here.

Thanks @Daniel0210 for replying! 

I posted the return around the 6/7th of August and I think after receiving that email I've binned my receipt from the post office, I can't find it 🥲.
