TNT sports 2 and TNT sports 2 HD have showed no signal for over a week

We can watch the channels via sky go but the tv channels show no satellite signal

I had Sky Q installed today, and I can not view two specific channels - TNT Sports 2 HD, and TNT Sports 4 HD.

 

The reason given 'channel is currently affected by problem with you satelite signal'. 

 

I do not understand as TNT Sports 1 HD + TNT Sports Ultimate is working as well as every other channel in my package. It is only those two channels that display this message. Can anyone help?

I have exactly this problem. No satellite signal for TNT Sports channels, while all other Sports channels are fine so I doubt it can be a dis algnment issue. Have been on phone to Sky several times but they affor no explanation. Meanwhile only was I can watch TNT Sports channels is via Diacovery Plus app.

@RS44 it is highly likely that your dish is slightly out of line. Some channels are more susceptible to slight misalignment than others. TNT Sports channels do seem to be the worst.
