Adding new device to Sky q

My new iPad cannot find box on Sky Go App. Cannot see where the option to add is. Only seen manage devices to delete

Are both devices on the same subnet?

All I know is that I am using the same WiFi. I've hd no probs for years but I cannot seem to add this iPad to the devices. I cannot download from SkyGo to pad and watch from tv guide but cannot watch an already recording item on qbox.

And other sky go devices on the same network can still see it ok?

Never checked until now. Thanks for that.  None work. I have a new router but I have a mesh system which I just plugged into new router. Mesh has same setting from when it was on old router and everything still picks up the WiFi around the house, even SkyQ box

Found problem and swopped to router WiFi for now. I have a wired version of the mesh using the power line. Near tv. Might try this later. Thank you for all the gentle nudges to get this result.
