The audio button cannot increase the sound or decrease the sound or switch the sound off.
My Sky TV is working perfectly well apart from the fact that I cannot raise the sound or decrease the sound or turn the sound off. Can you help. Many thanks

Hi @A151 Those are all functions of your TV or Sound System. You need to pair the Sky Q remote to your TV by holding down the Sky Q remote 1 & 3 buttons and following the instructions on screen. The Sky Q box must be in sight of the remote.
