Strange u&drama catch-up / sky q behaviour
Hello
Not sure what's going but when content from u&drama catch-up namely the bill:the early years my sky q box/remote will randomly stop allowing me to issue commands or has a very delayed response to my commands. So playing/pause etc don't work or do have awhile leading to behaviour like rewinding etc with no way of stopping it.
My sky q box is in a cabinet with a door but there is a hole for the wires but not had any problems before or at least watching other non u&drama content,live tv or recordings etc.
I've rebooted the sky q,reset it and tried new batteries in the remote.
Oh and just sent off for a new remote in case it's that as I have the old touch sky q remote from when I got sky q in 2018.

@will28 I've ha the same on the first 2 series of the bill and as you that the only programme i get this on strange as it seems it has to be something to do with the programme as the remote is fine with everything else and this is one of the newer bluetooth remote with the blue voice button on the front.
Its not a big deal for meal so i haven't done anything about it but you could repoert it to viewer relations at viewerR@sky.uk

Thanks for replying. Not sure if I'll report it might just see if it improves once I get into the better quality episodes watching the 80's episodes at the moment.
