I think it only said prime or apple but the number from sky worked

I can't activate my Hayu free trial. I have also entered my billing details and scanned the QR code which in turn takes me to the Hayu website. I then click on Activate Sky subscription but it says "not working error code 500"  it's driving me insane now as have been trying for most of the evening but cannot get it to activate! Any help would be very much appreciated!

You need an hayu account first

On hayu site scroll down to ways to watch 

It doesn't say sky partner but you still can type in the number you see on your telly.

I've just given up and gone back to getting it through Amazon. None of the ways suggested have given me a 3 month free trial and I've had to claim refunds. It's ridiculous and I consider myself quite tech savvy.

I received an email from sky 2 days before I figured out how to watch hayu.

Anyway I'm disappointed after all the effort. I don't like hayu.

I have tried this exact method but I don't actually have a code to enter! Just the QR code that tskes me round in circles 🤯 

not sure the £15 saving is worth all this effort 😂

You get a code when you sign in with hayu not sky.

Like I just texted I don't like hayu. Too much effort to watch old stuff. 

Now they offer apple TV trial. I was thinking about it

Truly one if the worst experiences of signing into and getting to work an app from sky! Absolutely useless! Finally managed it after about half an hour of messing around with codes, signing in and pairing etc. get a grip sky, this was not a good experience and needs to be nade easier!
